Prior to getting into Real Estate Travis graduated from both Mohawk College and Brock University providing a well-rounded education, and finished working as a rehabilitation therapist – which he had done for several years. Growing up in rural Cayuga area, Travis has now settled into life in Caledonia where he enjoys being a father and spending quality time with his two sons. I am a lifetime resident of Haldimand County. Real Estate has always been a passion of mine, as a child I can still remember my grandfather Emerson Martindale heading out to sell homes. Like myself my grandfather had a real passion for Real Estate and loved to meet new clients. When he walked out the door my grandmother had no idea when he might return. Whether he met a past client on the street corner or stopped into visit a new client it was never a short visit. His clients always came first. Our path in life takes twists and turns and no one really has any idea where it might lead us. At 11 years old I was introduced to the game of golf which I would say was my first real path in life. 10 years later I found myself playing golf on the Canadian Professional Tour with some of the all-time greats of Canadian Golf. The Tour instilled some great values in my life. Time management became an everyday occurrence along with respect for everyone around me. I gained the confidence to push myself to make things happen. These are all values that I have brought forward into everything I do. I returned home to work with my father Ken Edwards in our family business, Building Quality Custom Homes. When I'm not working at building my real estate career, I am busy with my daughters’ school and after-school activities, and I help my husband operate our electrical construction business. I enjoy fitness and the outdoors, and you can probably find me walking, running or biking around town most days of the week. I also have a background in landscape design, which enables me to appreciate both interior and exterior home design.
